Main Concept

The Main idea behind the creation of this mod was
to make it so that you could play Stronghold 2 in the winter with snow,
as there was such a thing in medieval Europe. While
the actual results of winter are not represented (i.e., Wheat grows
just as well as before), I tried to make it seem like winter. One way
was adding a bit thicker clothing on the people (i.e., the Viking
Berserker), snow on the outdoorsmen, snow on trees, and, of course,
snow on the ground.

Things this Mod changes

6 tree types Most Units, military and civilian. Load Screen Many terrain types including one made to look like a frozen river.

WARNING!

Do
not delete the folder 'Winter Mod' in the 'Stronghold 2' directory. It
contains the backups for your files so when uninstalling it reinstates
your regular SH2 files.

1. INSTALLATION

1. Unzip the
installer to anyware on your PC, and double click on the Icon. 2.
Follow through the steps as you would to install most programs.

2. UNINSTALLING

1.
Find the file in your 'Stronghold 2 directory called 'Uninstall.exe' 2.
Double click on it and follow the directions to uninstall.

I am also thinking of actually changing the river graphics to be more
icy as I have the tools to do so, but I am not sure of my motivaion
